A Relational & Practical approach to therapy
I offer a space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what's going on. My approach is grounded, down-to-earth and collaborative, combining warmth with gentle challenge.
I understand that finding the right therapist can feel daunting. That's why I invite you to take your time exploring my website and getting a sense of how I work. If it feels like a good fit, you're welcome to book an initial session so we can explore what brings you to therapy and whether we'd work well together.
If the appointment times available don't quite fit your schedule, please do get in touch. I'll do my best to find a time that works for us both.
My background includes working within the NHS, a rape crisis centre and an LGBTQI+ charity. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support people from a wide range of backgrounds and with a variety of concerns.
At the heart of my work is creating a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can connect the dots between your experiences, patterns, thoughts and emotions, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I'm a qualified counsellor and psychosexual therapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

Why online therapy works
Therapy from your own private space can feel safer and more comfortable than travelling to a clinic.
Online sessions offer flexibility around work, caring and life commitments.
You can work with me from anywhere in the UK or from many countries worldwide.
We meet via secure Zoom video sessions, so you only need a quiet space, a stable internet connection and a device.
FAQs
Do you work online only?
Yes. All sessions take place online via Zoom. I do not offer in-person appointments.
Can I work with you from abroad?
In many cases, yes. I can work with clients based in the UK and in some other countries, depending on local regulations. Due to insurance reasons I am not able to work with clients based in the US or Canada. If you are unsure, please contact me.
What can I talk about in sessions?
You can bring whatever feels important to you - whether that is relationships, communication, sex, intimacy or how you are feeling within yourself. There is no right or wrong.
How do I get started?
You can book an initial session through my online calendar. This gives us a chance to meet, understand what you are looking for and see if working together feels like a good fit.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what is bringing you to therapy and what you are hoping to achieve. . You can ask questions and there is no pressure to commit if it doesn’t feel right.
I feel nervous about starting therapy - is that normal?
Yes, it’s very common. Reaching out can feel like a big step. We go at your pace and there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.
What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?
An initial session can be a helpful way to explore this. It gives you space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work, without any obligation to continue.
